1. Account Creation

To use MyCertificates services, users must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You commit to the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

  • You are fully responsible for your account security. Do not share your password with third parties.
  • You must notify our support team immediately upon noticing unauthorized activity.
  • For corporate accounts, the authorized person declares they have the authority to act on behalf of the company.

2. Usage of Service

The platform is designed for individual users to store and showcase their certificates digitally, and for corporate firms to securely create and distribute education and achievement certificates.

Users may use the platform only for lawful purposes. Any action that damages the system integrity, negatively affects other users' experience, or overloads our servers is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Behaviors

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account:

  • Creating, distributing, or attempting to verify fake certificates.
  • Opening an account on behalf of someone else without permission or impersonating others.
  • Reverse engineering the platform software or attempting to access source code.
  • Spreading malware, viruses, or spam content.
  • Uploading content that violates copyright or trademarks.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, logos, texts, graphics, and software on the MyCertificates platform belong to MyCertificates and are protected by national/international copyright laws.

Content uploaded by users (certificate designs, logos, etc.) belongs to the user. However, by uploading to the platform, you grant MyCertificates a license to use, store, and display these contents for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyCertificates does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary disruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure.

The content and accuracy of certificates distributed via the platform are entirely the responsibility of the issuing institution. MyCertificates is not a party to and cannot be held responsible for the validity or content of certificates.
